We have wasted no time connecting here. Enjoying playing with the kids, fixing the Merry-go-round and tether all, Bible skits, and holding sick kids. We all missed each other. The staff at LSH does a great job of loving and caring for these kids.
We are thanking God because we arrived safely and with all our luggage. 16 bags of 50 lbs. plus 13 carry-ons. The kids are great and loved seeing us again.
This is a nice little video showing the People, Place, and Purpose of the Stream of Hope Home. Mission Servants Ministry is blessed to sponsor and participate in the loving work to raise up the 46 children there. They are doing very well and improved so much in the year we have known them. 2014 will be an exciting year at the home with our land purchase and new construction. Follow what happens…
A solid week of projects, loving, and relationship building was completed today. The team will be traveling towards home tomorrow. Pastor Moses was amazed at the amount of things accomplished. A few photos are below. More photos and details to come in future posts. Please remember them in prayer for a safe return trip.
Two additional sewing machines were purchased and Phyllis taught the older girls how to make dresses and other things.
These ladies are modeling dresses that were made from mens XL Tee shirts. Very cool.
Eldon and helpers spent the week doing carpentry jobs such as making bookshelves and cabinets for the new LSA school rooms.
This is everyone except the kids away at High School. I miss them!
