Welcome to the LSH Margaret!

This week we welcomed Margaret Lemuya Ekidor to the Lord’s Servants Home. She is 7 years old and has been living with her Uncle’s family in Pastor Moses’s church district since she lost her Mother when she was 2 1/2. Her Father has been absent her whole life. Margaret is the 60th child at the Lord’s Servants home and fills the final spot.  I look forward to meeting her in a few weeks!

Welcome Annet, LSH Social Worker

We welcome Annet to the Lord’s Servants home as Social Worker.  She lives in Kitale with her family and has two children.  The Social Worker position is critical and Annet will be the children’s’ advocate, liaison with the schools, and health monitor.  I pray that she is empowered and I am sure she will be loved.

A solid week of projects, loving, and relationship building was completed today.  The team will be traveling towards home tomorrow.  Pastor Moses was amazed at the amount of things accomplished.  A few photos are below.  More photos and details to come in future posts.  Please remember them in prayer for a safe return trip.
